Hours of operation
We deliver lunch Monday – Friday from 11 am to 2 pm. Other times and weekend deliveries may be arranged with advance notice.

Notice
36-48 hours’ notice is appreciated for all hot food orders. However, we will always accommodate 36-hour orders to the best of our ability.

Delivery
We charge the current IRS standard mileage rate based on the previous year. Mileage is calculated using Google Maps beginning from our Cedar Park business location to your location, round trip.

Payment Terms
Alchemy accepts most major credit cards. Payment terms are within three business days. However, we will always accommodate other payment considerations. Custom invoicing is available and can be organized by cost centers or purchase order numbers. Invoices are emailed by QuickBooks prior to delivery.

Pricing and taxes
Unless otherwise noted, prices are on a per person basis. All costs are subject to applicable state and local sales tax. Prices subject to change, based on market conditions.

Cancellations and changes
We will always accommodate head count and menu changes to the best of our abilities. We will accept cancellations prior to the purchase of your groceries. The client may be held responsible for unrecoverable costs.

Full service events
Alchemy offers full-service catering to meet any Austin corporate catering event. We arrange service staff to deliver, set-up, serve and perform cleanup.

Presentation and set-up
Chilled or room temperature food is packaged in disposable containers. Hot food is delivered in disposable pans. At your request, we will gladly set-up your order gratis.
